Moringa Community Nursery-Kick start
More trees are needed, ideally hardy species such as Moringa that can withstand the harsh conditions of our current climate while enhancing household nutrition and rural livelihoods. Moringa Community Nursery, an Afrivoices for Climate Change Initiative kick off at Tanoboase to act as a hub for providing Moringa seedlings to Moringa Food Forest Programme participating villages. Through its flagship project, MoFFP, the nursery would serve as a community hub where smallholder farmers could access seedlings and learn agroforestry and regenerative methods to improve their resilience against unpredictable weather conditions. Without human interventions, forest cover will not return. Speak to us if you want to be part of this journey.
